Passive fire protection is what holds a fire in the space it started in: the compartment walls and floors, the doors in them, and the seals around everything that passes through. Fire doors, fire stopping and compartment construction are all parts of that same line. We install it, check it and inspect it afterwards.

Compartmentation Walls, floors, cavity barriers and the continuity of the line. Fire Stopping Penetration seals, linear joints and service risers, per tested system. Fire Doors Installation within the tested field of application, and maintenance. Verification Sampled inspection during delivery, by somebody who did not install it. Maintenance Periodic inspection reported against the original record.

02One package or all of it

We can take the package, or the whole of the works.

The compartment line rarely sits in empty space. Putting it right means opening the ceiling, taking the wall down, moving the services and putting it all back, which is usually somebody else’s contract.

We take the compartmentation package under a main contractor, or we contract for all of it and hand back a finished room. Not many compartmentation businesses can do both.

When we finish, the building holds a coherent record of its own compartmentation: what is installed, where, to what specification, by whom, checked by whom, and how it should be maintained.

It is what the work leaves behind, captured while the ceiling is still open, because that is the only moment most of it can be captured at all.

This is what you are handed at the end of a job. One row per element, structured to go straight into the building’s golden thread without anybody having to retype it.

The outcome is a controlled value, not an opinion. An empty cell means not yet recorded, and never means compliant.
